DISCLAIMER 

    Due to the handmade nature of my products, some small imperfections (bubbles, waves, color mixing, glitter specks, bumps) may be present, are are normal, and are not considered defects. No cup is flawless. 

    No two items will be ever be identical. All cups are one of a kind. 

2020 prices will be going up some. 

    ***** My cups should not be washed in the dishwasher or left in the sink to soak for extended periods of time.. Do not leave in extreme heat such as your car or in direct sunlight, as this weakens the epoxy and could ruin your cup, please Hand wash your cups only and never put in the microwave *******.

  New for 2020, each cup that is local and you don’t want shipping and within a 30 min drive from me, will now be charged a small gas fee. $5.00 within 15 min drive $10.00, 30min or more. 

Customers have 12 hours from the time they place their orders to to pay and notify me of any changes. Once I start I will not be changing design. 

I do give frequent updates on the cups progress and will work with you every step of the way once started but the original design will be in place. 

I require half down and this deposit isn’t refundable if you should cancel your order after 12 hours. 

Deposit will be applied to the final bill, minus what’s owed for shipping.

I am not responsible for your cups once they leave my hands and are in the hands of Canada post. In the case of shipping damage, please contact me and I will be happy to remedy the situation. 

All sales are final and no refund will be exchanged as these are custom ordered.
