All sales are final, in the nature of a defective cup, seal leaks, seal broken, customer has 30 days to ship cup back to me for me to replace cup it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping both ways. Bumps, air particles waves are not classified as a defect on the cup. No refund will be issued if you back out of your commitment. I require half down before project begins. All cups are custom made to your design. All custom orders take on average 1-2 weeks to be complete depending on the design. All cups are sealed with FDA compliant epoxy.
